Team Leader - Sales Development Representative team- Brussels
Function
- You will be managing the team in charge of the first interactions with the prospects.
- Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of staff, including their hiring
- You will collaborate closely with the sales enabler on onboarding & coaching
- You will help the SDR team grow to the next level of performance.
- The SDR team collaborate with Sales colleagues to identify ongoing strategic targets
- They plan calls and email activities to generate leads, in collaboration with the Marketing and Sales teams.
- They identify and qualify new sales opportunities (cold calling, phone campaigns, email actions, social selling, qualification calls, etc.)
- They actively follow up on stagnant leads and opportunities to re-energize back into an active sales cycle.
Profile
- Fluent in English. French or German is a strong plus.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an SDR or business developer, in a cold calling & prospecting or telemarketing environment (inside sales and/or sales)
- A first experience in a leadership role / Team Management or sales coaching role
- A proven track record in coaching and bringing a SDR or Sales team to a better performance
- You are a natural leader, you lead by example and remain solution focused no matter what
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- You are resilient, competitive and self-motivated
