Vacancy Project Coordinator- Industrial/building sector-Nederland en België

Function

You lead a team of workers and motivate them to perform the work within the assigned quality and safety standards.
You are the contact person for our customers, and ensure good and correct communication between the customer and the Project Manager.
You are responsible for the compliance with the quality, safety, health and environment policy (HSE) on our site, and take the necessary decisions.
You ensure that the material and the installations are respected.
You will ensure proper reporting to the Project Manager and keep him informed of any possible. Contract extensions, possible problem situations, etc...
You are responsible for the personnel planning of your team in consultation with your colleagues.
Finally, you are responsible for part of the site administration.

Profile

You have (a first) experience as a manager in the industrial and/or building sector
You are Dutch-speaking and you have a very good knowledge of French
You have a very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook and Word)
You know how to tackle things and planning is in your blood.
You combine a strong result and service orientation with a flexible and proactive attitude.
