Product Support Tertaire - Matériel électrique - Bruxelles

You are an expert in technical products and feel comfortable in the tertiary market? Do you feel ready to manage the commercial relationship with customers and follow up on their requests? Then you are the person we are looking for!

• As a Tertiary Product Support (M/F), you will use your commercial skills to offer new services, solutions and products to tertiary customers.
• You maintain close contact with them, both by phone and e-mail. During this direct contact, you are aware of new prospects and cross-selling opportunities.
• You are responsible for preparing quotations for Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) contracts and for their follow-up in general. You do this in consultation with the Tertiary Team Leader and with the support of the MRO Product Support.
• You will also assist the Tertiary Account Manager in technical and commercial tasks. In order to do all of this optimally, you will always stay informed about product innovations and trends in the market.
• You are not alone in this task: you always ensure smooth communication and collaboration with your colleagues and other departments. You report to the Tertiary Product Support Manager.
