Are you a technical expert in products for residential electrical applications? Do you see a challenge in the commercial management and follow-up of customer requests?
- As a Residential Product Support, you use your commercial skills to offer new services, solutions and products to the customers in the residential sector.
- You are responsible for the preparation of offers and their general follow-up.
- In addition, you offer support to Sales Consultants and Account Managers in technical and commercial tasks.
- In order to work efficiently, you are always informed about innovations and trends in your field.
Profile
- In addition to a technical degree, you have knowledge of tooling and the use of a CRM
- You are fluent in Dutch with good knowledge of French
