Function
- You provide technical support to customers as well as to your internal colleagues.
- With your technical knowledge, you propose adequate solutions and products.
- You manage the offers and provide customers with the necessary information about them.
- You inform customers and colleagues about product prices.
- You are up to date with market developments in the HVAC sector.
- You report directly to your technical manager.
Profile
- You are bilingual (NL/FR)
- You have a technical training ideally in electromechanics.
- You know how to use the Office Suite as well as Excel.
- You have an advanced knowledge of technical products (industrial boilers).
- You are solution-oriented and you have a good adaptability.
