Internal Sales Representative Machinery - Flemish Brabant
Function
As an Internal Sales Representative After-Sales, you will be offering tailor-made solutions for our customers on a daily basis. It is a matter of course that you strive for excellence in order to always offer added value. You strengthen the growing after-sales division and you turn our marketing strategy into concrete actions. Day after day, you work closely with your colleagues in the after-sales and sales divisions. Your mission: to further increase the loyalty of existing customers and to raise the overall level of customer satisfaction.
The following tasks form your daily routine:
- You contact by phone the customers who are assigned to you and who generate little 'after-sales' revenue (+/- 80 calls per week).
- You strengthen the link with customers who buy few or no products/services.
- You inform the customer of the ongoing 'after-sales' marketing actions.
- You generate qualified after-sales leads + you follow up on the after-sales leads provided by French colleagues.
- You determine whether the customer needs parts, service or a contract and create the necessary qualified leads.
- Constantly update information about assigned customers (machine fleet and contact info) in Salesforce.
- Upgrade your knowledge of products and services daily.
- Identify business opportunities (sales, cros selling, and up selling) with existing customers.
Profile
You like farming and therefore consolidate existing links. You enjoy working independently as well as in a team and you are a good communicator (oral and written). The results of your passion for sales and your consistent approach? Satisfied customers and after-sales figures that take off!
You also possess the following skills :
- An A2 diploma in a commercial field or equivalent by experience.
- At least 3 years experience in a call center.
- Be completely bilingual in FR and NL and have a good knowledge of English.
- Have a great affinity with the world of civil engineering machinery.
- Be customer oriented and understand their needs.
- Have a commercial mentality and a strong persuasive force.
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented.
- You like social contacts.
- You are able to communicate professionally with a wide variety of people (customers, colleagues, etc.), even under difficult conditions.
- You have an overview of the situation at all times and are able to quickly define priorities.
- You are assertive, but not aggressive.
- You are able to quickly build a professional network (customers, colleagues, etc.).
- You are rigorous and have an eye for detail.
- You are used to working transversally with other departments/departments within a company (national and international).
