Function

You are the contact person for our customers
You are the point of contact between our customer and the different internal departments.
Thanks to your technical knowledge and experience, you can provide first-class technical support to our customers and prospects.
You promote our products, solutions and services.
You will gather the necessary information to perform your calculations and dimensioning.
You will be responsible for the technical and commercial preparation and follow-up of basic offers, orders and contracts.
Thanks to your commercial dynamism, you will succeed, together with the senior sales engineer, in transforming quotations into orders and then providing our customer with a worry-free delivery.
In addition to your commercial attitude, you are dynamic and independent.
Together with the external sales engineer, you look for new opportunities to sell products and services to new customers.
You participate in customer development activities, such as events to promote sales of products, solutions and services.
You continuously maintain and develop a high level of product knowledge.
You will report to the Regional Manager on market trends, competitive strategies and customer behavior.

Profile

Bilingual NL/FR or FR/NL (knowledge of German is a plus)
First experience in a technical service or in a technical environment
Technical knowledge Level 1 - Global product knowledge
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
