Head of Talent & Development - Multinational company
Function
You are responsible for implementing the talent and development initiatives in Belgium and Luxemburg to support the Training, Talent & Diversity & inclusion agenda. Plan, guide and execute the annual People processes. Drive capability projects to support business development as well as talent pipeline and succession pipeline.
- Talent Management
Drive a talent management strategy to achieve business outcomes
Lead the development and delivery of Performance Management and Talent Development methods and processes to meet business needs and to support individuals in realizing their potential.
Provide guidance and personal coaching to senior leaders on implementation in their teams.
- Training Management
Design and manage the development of complex L&D programs (for example, leadership development) to meet individual and organizational learning needs.
Deliver complex training programs, engaging, advising, and guiding learners and evaluating the achievement of intended learning outcomes.
Manage relationships and engage with internal clients to clarify organizational requirements, to set priorities for Learning & Development interventions and to define required learning outcomes.

Driving the D&I agenda through influencing in the local context and network, challenging change, drive implement and execute the global strategy into a local environment.
Profile
- You have a master degree
- You have 7- 10 years relevant work experience
- You are trilingual NL/FR/ENG
- You are customer-oriented and can communicate on different levels
