Vacancy Account Manager-Industrial Sector-Wallonia

Function

You carry out an analysis of your customer portfolio and you detect and select new opportunities.
You carefully identify your customers: activities, organization chart, production parts, short and long term strategy, analysis of the annual report, etc.
You build an intensive long-term collaboration at the different levels and in the different parts of the company with strategically important customers.
You develop a strategic action plan for each customer: potential, needs, plans for the future, competitor analysis, etc., based on the extension of the products and services provided (cross-selling).
You work with dedicated and fixed teams internally, taking into account the location, the level of specialization and the needs of the client AND you communicate this clearly to the client.
You coordinate all actions and key account projects, meet deadlines and monitor results.
You anchor the client by simplifying their process, order frequency, cost reduction, etc.
You build a large business network, follow the trends of the sector, etc.

Profile

You are French speaking with good knowledge of Dutch.
You have a thorough knowledge of internal and external business processes (Supply Chain, Production, ...).
You know how to develop and maintain long term relationships and professional networks.
You have a strong ability to coordinate both internally and externally
You have a thorough knowledge of the TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) approach and sales concepts.
You have a good general knowledge of technical products and an affinity with a technical industrial environment.
You have at least a bachelor degree and preferably experience working in a matrix structure.
